BidMatch

Bid Match is a new upgrade PartsBase is offering to provide automatic matching and email notifications of your inventory against open USA government solicitations. BidMatch is the technology of matching the inventory listed by suppliers to solicitations released by the Department of Defense. Members subscribing to this service can see all solicitations that have matched their inventory in the past 24 hours, solicitations that are still active, as well as those that are inactive.

BidMatch uses state of the art technology to intelligently score sellers’ parts against USA NSNs and gather systems to record newly opened, closed, and updated government solicitations.

Solicitations included in the BidMatch program are:

Defense Supply Centers (Columbus, Richmond and Philadelphia)
Material Command Centers (Army, Navy, Air force).

Future releases of this product will include TACOM, Coast Guard and Marines data.

Web access offers access to historical pricing data not provided in automatic notification emails in-line.
